So many books just give you general guidelines, but then leave it up to you to figure out a plan. I LOVE this book because it gives a very concrete plan for each day. I was definitely fitter and faster after six weeks. I loved the practical advice.

 

This is a great book for somebody wanting to get into shape but doesn't really know where to start.
